Nanna is our lovely smoke-lady, the real Cat-Woman, our Nanna the Nun, the Silver Girl at Ravnklo's. It was love at first sight from the moment she was born. She looked so much like my first cats, I knew immediately that she had to stay. What a joy to see her develop, what excitement it was to wait for her first heat thinking about all the great kittens she would give birth to....we thought. Years later we've learned that we can't make plans for everything. The fact was that she wouldn't let the males she met do what they were supposed to. In fact they were frightened stiff by angry screams from her when they tried to flirt and be a bit romantic...After numerous meetings with different males we neutered her at the age of almost 7 years. A big relief to her, I guess, cause now she can behave in her playful, childish way, and expressing herself as the chatterbox she is. Like her mother she takes a great pleasure in running. It's indeed easy to see her kinship with the cheetah!
